This download version of the plans contains everything you need to build a press. There are even a few links, to some hard to find parts, on the internet. I reworked the designs to make them as easy as possable to follow and added a new design for a small 12 inch direct drive bench press. If your a bit handy you can construct a press with this version of the plans with out any problem you may have to do a bit more leg work finding sources for some of the parts though.
